Hayley’s Hens Night

Last night was the Hens Night for my gorgeous girlfriend, Hayley. As per usual, I’m the designated photographer (and driver!), and took a whole heap of photos for Hayley’s mum to scrapbook for her, to remember the evening. The theme of the night was ‘Elegant like Audrey’, and I think Haylz pulled it off pretty darn well – what do you think?

The bridesmaids with Hayley: Caroline, Carmelita, Lizzie & Kristie (Kristie’s little baby ‘Pita’ will arrive into the world about a week after my little ‘Daphne’ – doesn’t she look fab)?!

All the girls!

Thanks Haylz for a fab night!

(Unfortunately) I’m not photographing Hayley’s wedding in October, because (fortunately) im a guest, and get the night off! I am, however, shooting engagement photos for Hayley & Iain next Saturday – stay tuned for more photos of the gorgeous Hayley! Love ya darling!

My first wedding album ~ Wedding Albums

Ok, so I’m doing lots of ‘firsts’ at the moment, including designing and the printing of my first wedding album. I haven’t been including wedding albums in my wedding packages to date, but am now starting to reconsider, as I have been asked for packages including albums recently. So I decided to design a display album of James & Louise’s wedding from March this year.  Have a look:

Lisa, Mick & baby Sophie ~ Sydney Family Portrait Photographer

Last weekend, one of my closest friends, Lisa, came over to our house for a quick photoshoot, as she wanted ‘1 or 2′ photos of her and her husband Mick and their 8 month old princess, Sophie, to give to the ‘fathers’ in her life for Fathers day – her dad Rob, Micks dad John and maybe even a surprise photo for for Mick!

Well, Lisa, here are your ‘1 or 2′ photos – they’re all so gorgeous, I couldn’t decide on just a few!

How adorable is Sophie!!! Lisa told me yesterday that she has cut her first tooth – what a shame we couldn’t see it on Saturday, that would have made a cute photo!

You might remember Sophie from her 1st photoshoot – hasn’t she changed!! Lisa, I hope you and Mick and the 2 dads will be happy with these photos!

Baby Jett ~ Sydney Baby Photographer

I must admit, I was a little nervous when Elecia e-mailed me to enquiry about photography for her 9 week old little boy…. what do 9 week old babies do?? They are more awake and alert than newborns, and are still fairly ‘floppy’, cant really hold their head up, etc. Elecia told me that Jett was a happy baby, normally really smiley and happy to please – to be honest I was wondering if this was just a typical proud ‘mum’ talking about her new bub, or was she telling the truth….

And then this little fella greeted me:

She was telling the truth! How absolutely adorable is little Jett! I could have just picked him up and driven away with him! Here are a few more photos from our shoot last weekend:

Ok, so he did have a bit of a cry right at the very end of the shoot, but we did have about 3 hours of smiley, happy Jett!

Look at those toes!

Thank you Elecia & Kerwin for allowing me to come into your home to photograph your beautiful baby boy. Im sure I will be seeing you all again – you never know, if I have a baby girl, we may end up being in-laws! :)
