Little Liam Couper – just 3 and a bit days old {Newborn Photographer Sydney}

A few weeks ago, my good friends Kate & Derek welcomed their 3rd child into the world – baby Liam, who is a little brother to 4 and a bit year old Michaela, and almost 3 year old Daniel. What a dear little thing he is – I was tickled pink to be able to photograph him just a few days after he was born. It took him a while to drift off into that nice baby sleep thats perfect for newborn photos, but once he did, we had about an hour to play. Heres Liam Couper, at just 3 and a bit days old:

Kate & Derek, your little man is just gorgeous. Adorable. So sweet, I enjoyed my first shoot with him, and love that I can take these photos for you. Looking forward to having lots more cuddles real soon. xxx

Well, baby Liams parents arent really facebookers, but this little guy is just too sweet not to share with the world wide web. Heres baby Liam, at just 3 and a bit days old. Sandy & Dylan are married!!! {Windsor Wedding Photographer}

Sandy & Dylan had a magical Autumn day for their wedding last Saturday. Beautiful bright sunny skies in the morning, a bit of drizzle around lunch time, and a stunning sun-set to end the day – lucky ducks! When I first caught up with them last year for their engagement shoot, I could tell right then that Sandy was a planner. And a decision maker. And that her wedding was going to be fab. She didn’t disappoint Their wedding & reception was held at the gorgeous Sebel Hawkesbury, and our coverage started at their home, where Dylan had send Sandy the most amazing bunch of gorgeous red roses – have a look:

The Hawkins Family of 5 {Sydney Family Portrait Photographer}

I met up with Mali, Tony and their kids a week or so ago for their family portraits on a typical Autumn afternoon – a bit cold and chilly, but with just the right amount of fallen leaves Mali was after some photos of the 5 of them, but also some photos of little Hannah, who’s just 7 months old – isn’t she a cutie? Apparently the ‘tongue’ thing is a new thing she’s doing, im so glad I got to capture it, because these ‘new things’ come and go so quickly with little ones! 6 year old Liam, and Eamon, who is 3, were perfect big brothers, especially with the bribery of chips with their dinner Heres a few of my favourite photos from their session last week:

Jessica & Ryan are having a baby! {Sydney Newborn & Maternity Photographer}

I met Jessica & Ryan at a gorgeous bush setting in Sydney on Sunday afternoon for their maternity shoot – Their baby (who they’ve nicknamed ‘Rolly’ as thats all he / she is doing in Jessica’s tummy!) is due in about 4 weeks – the first baby for Jessica & Ryan, and the first grandchild for the family too! Jessica looks absolutely amazing, wearing ‘non-maternity’ clothes at 36 weeks (lucky duck). Its always lovely spending time with parents-to-be in the weeks before their whole world changes, and this was no exception. Here are a few of my favourite photos from their maternity shoot:

Kylie & Nehemiah are Married!!! {Sydney Wedding Photographer}

Last weekend was the beautiful marriage celebration of Kylie & Nehemiah. Kylie is Vanessa’s sister, and was her bridesmaid at her and Robs wedding a few years back, so it was lovely to catch up with the family again. They’ve grown a little since I saw them last, with the addition of baby Nehemiah, who is just 10 months old and was WALKING, yup, this little (& I mean little!) dude was awesome on his feet! Kylie & Nehemiah (who isnt Nehemiah senior, thats Nehemiah’s dad – confused yet???) picked a magnificent Autumn day for their celebration, filled with beautiful sunshine, and fun family & friends. Heres a few of my favourite photos, starting with the girls getting ready at the Crowne Plaza Coogee:

Their church service was at the Stunning Our Lady of the Sea, at Watsons Bay

Back to the Crowne Plaza Coogee for their reception, and some funky photos with the bridal party in the Oceans VIP Room.

Kylie & Nehemiah, it was an absolute pleasure to photograph your special day. I kinda felt like one of the family All the best for a beautiful married life together, with lots more gorgeous bubbas xxx

Sal & Matt are Married!!! {Sydney Wedding Photographer}

Last Saturday was the wedding of Sal & Matt (remember their cute e-shoot from last year??) They were blessed with such a gorgeous Autumn day, and Fagan Park at Galston was the perfect spot for their beautiful ceremony. These guys had such a fun bridal party, singing & dancing the whole time. Im sure the party went on until the wee hours of the morning! Here are a few of my favourites from Sal & Matt’s stunning wedding, starting with Sal’s bridal prep at her mums house at Castle Hill:

Their reception was at Oatlands House, in Oatlands – great venue!

This is Matt’s mum, and Matt’s Grandmother (his mums mother-in-law). Um, who phoned who?? Luckily they were terrific sports about it, and laughed most of the night.

Sal & Matt, its been an absolute pleasure getting to know you both over the last year or so – Sal, I still cant believe that the little girl next door is all grown up! Its clear to everyone that you guys are meant to me together. Im sure you’ll have a blessed life, travelling the world together then setting up your dream home. Much love to you both xxx

Sophie is going to be a big sister! {Sydney Maternity Photographer}

Remember little Sophie from her Year in the Life shoots? Well, she’s going to be a big sister! Ive had a few of our mums from our Year in the Life sessions turn up to their childs 1 year shoot pregnant (how exciting!) – Annemarie was one of them. Their new little princess is due in just a few short weeks. We dodged the rain last week for her maternity shoot – once again, hubby Luke was camera shy, so this was more of a mummy & Sophie Maternity shoot Here are a few of my favs:

‘Big Boy’ Aidan, with his mum & dad {Hills District Family Portrait Photographer}

Remember baby Aidan from his newborn shoot? (& from being inside his mummy’s tummy at Carly’s maternity shoot?) Well, this little dude is now 6 months old! We caught up for the next installment of Aidan’s ‘A Year in the Life Shoot’ a week or so ago – a beautiful Autumn afternoon in the sun! I know kids grow, but I always get such a shock seeing one of ‘my’ babies at their next shoot, where has that tiny tiny curled up little baby gone?! Aidan is growing up to be such a happy and contented baby, but it helps when you’ve got such cool and loving parents like he does. Haylee & Eddie’s ‘Babymoon’ {Sydney Maternity & Newborn Photographer}

Last week, I met Haylee & Eddie, who were on their ‘Babymoon’ from New Zealand – they’re having a little boy in July this year! We had a ball walking around our gorgeous city, comparing notes (Haylee’s about 10 days ahead of me in her pregnancy), and chatting about prams, birthing plans, and holidays before kids (the good old days!). As usual, Sydney turned on some gorgeous weather after predicting storms all day, I think mother nature knew we had some OS guests Have a look at my favourites from their maternity shoot, around Sydney Harbour:
